Joe Foley is a Director and Co-Founder of Old Quarter Accountants and is renowned as an exceptional accountant with extensive experience in the areas of accounting, taxation, consultation and audit with a penchant for business start-ups and owner-managed business’ strategies and planning.

With over 15 years, Joe brings a wealth of experience to the company having been Partner at a number of reputable firms in Cork including Cuddy O’Leary Foley, Cuddy O’Leary Barrett and Foley O’Shea.  Throughout his working life as a Chartered Accountant, Joe has worked extensively with personal and corporate clients, while excelling in delivery for all.
